"All people should have the right to free primary school education and all children should be made to attend primary school.  Advanced education should be available to all those who qualify.  The right to an education should never be based on race, religion or the country to which you belong.  Parents should have the right to choose their children's type of education.

Can you think of any reasons why schooling should not be equally available to all children?

Can you think of any reason why some people should be allowed access to better schools than others?"
